A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, CX Licensing Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a global team of Licensing Coordinators and oversee the transformation of the licensing process
• Manage software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimizing licensing strategies
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align on licensing strategies and provide expert guidance on software licensing models

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role and creating new teams
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions
• 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry
• Experience in transforming processes into more efficient solutions
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to software licensing
