Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for the teleservices program, focusing on enrollment growth and audience engagement
• Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support organizational goals
• Serve as the lead writer and primary editorial authority, ensuring clarity and consistency in communications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in education, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors
• Proven success in leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing complex communications projects
• Experience managing and mentoring staff, including performance evaluation
• Advanced writing and editing skills, with mastery of the Chicago Manual of Style
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
