Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Learning & Operational Excellence, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all functions of the Learning & Operational Excellence business unit, including Learning Systems and Employee Learning
  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy for Learning and Operational Excellence, aligning with organizational needs
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required
  • 15+ years of experience in leading learning and development or business process management
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related discipline strongly preferred
  • Experience in a mid-sized or larger organization is strongly preferred
