Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual creative development ensuring strategic and innovative outcomes
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials while overseeing a team of Art Directors
• Collaborate with Copy, Strategy, and Medical teams to align messaging and visuals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in brand storytelling and design strategy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-driven design tools
• Experience in digital and print production
• Ability to balance creative ambition with regulatory requirements in pharma marketing
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills for junior designers
