Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Art Director - New Game Concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the visual identity of new IPs, collaborating with Game Directors and Narrative Leads
• Lead prototyping efforts and manage art teams to support gameplay experimentation
• Contribute to IP development and establish visual alignment baselines for rapid exploration

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in leading early-stage concept teams and launching new IPs
• Strong understanding of player-centered design and emotional resonance of art style
• Expertise in worldbuilding, narrative integration, and theme exploration
• Hands-on familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.) and content pipelines
• Mastery in at least one core art discipline (e.g., concept art, 3D modeling, VFX)
