Appraisal Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraisal Reviewer to join their Collateral team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review appraisal reports and valuation products for compliance with guidelines
• Focus on high-risk appraisals and use analytics tools to assess appraised values
• Communicate revision requests and process Reconsider of Value requests from customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of appraisal review experience at a mortgage lender or servicer required
• Expert-level knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Non-Conforming guidelines
• Deep understanding of appraisal aspects such as comparable selection and market trend analysis
• Familiarity with appraisal review utilities is strongly preferred
• Past or present appraisal licensing is a plus
