Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer (Helpdesk + Full Stack).

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, resolve, and document incoming support tickets
• Reproduce defects, execute SQL queries, and contribute simple code patches
• Maintain accurate runbooks and suggest workflow optimizations

Required Qualifications

• Active DHS accepted Public Trust (or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of combined experience in helpdesk/technical support and application development or O&M
• Proven ability to follow ITIL/SDLC processes and maintain meticulous documentation
