Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Case Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and manage relationships with regional offices and financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned regions, processing new business administration tasks from case setup to final disposition
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, review data for discrepancies, and provide updates on contract statuses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial professionals and internal teams to enhance the new business process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in processing or a similar position preferred
  • LOMA or industry courses or certification preferred
  • Prior knowledge of insurance is a plus
  • Competent computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
