Senior Manufacturing Engineer (RF Systems)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Contribute to design reviews acting as an expert in design for manufacture, design for test, producibility, supplier capability assessments, and quality and reliability improvements
Design and troubleshoot RF test stations and associated support equipment for RF production
Define requirements for automated testing, RF test selection, and production testing and validation.
Lead problem containment and structured root cause & corrective action investigations
Lead the continuous improvement process of RF Systems manufacturing

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

4 year engineering degree (Preferably Electrical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Mechanical)
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Extensive experience in manufacturing RF systems
Extensive experience in electronic circuits, design principles, and manufacturing techniques to solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be able to obtain Secret security clearance

US Salary Range

$150,000—$228,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
