As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.

We are seeking a motivated Mechatronics & Sensing Systems Intern to join our innovative team in Wegberg, Germany. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of mechatronics and sensing systems while contributing to cutting-edge projects.

• Assist in the design and development of mechatronic systems and components
• Support the integration of sensors and actuators into mechanical systems
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation from various sensing systems
• Contribute to the programming and testing of control algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize mechatronic systems
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for system improvements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of mechatronics principles and sensing systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Python
• Experience with CAD software and 3D modeling
• Knowledge of data analysis and signal processing techniques
• Basic understanding of control systems and their applications
• Familiarity with robotics and automation concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills in English (other language skills are a plus)
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies in practical applications
• Knowledge of vehicle dynamics or transmissions are a plus
