The Role: As Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder and CEO, you will play a central role in driving key initiatives and supporting the CEO across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities. Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution on high-impact projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, contribute to critical decision-making, and help shape the future of the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Co-Founder and CEO to support organizational priorities, ensure effective communication, and drive execution on key initiatives.

  • Enhance the efficiency and impact of leadership team interactions by supporting decision-making processes, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment on action items.

  • Contribute to strategic growth efforts by collaborating on client relationships, partnerships, and other external opportunities.

  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making and support the CEO in maintaining focus on high-impact areas.

  • Support revenue-related initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and assist with stakeholder communications, including board and investor relations.

  • You bring 6+ years of experience across roles in consulting, finance, or operations, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Experience in healthcare is highly valued.

  • You excel in managing complexity, staying organized, and balancing multiple high-priority initiatives with ease.

  • Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work are evident in everything you produce.

  • You have a strong understanding of market dynamics and can clearly articulate nuanced value propositions to diverse audiences.

  • You are confident and credible in engaging with executives, investors, and other key stakeholders.

  • You have a knack for resourcefully achieving ambitious outcomes, embracing challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay Transparency
We offer a base compensation range of approximately $170,000–$220,000 per year, exclusive of equity. This intentionally broad range provides flexibility for candidates to tailor their cash and equity mix based on individual preferences. Our compensation philosophy prioritizes meaningful equity grants, enabling team members to share directly in the impact they help create. If your expectations fall outside of this range, we still encourage you to apply—our approach to compensation considers a range of factors to ensure alignment with each candidate's unique needs and preferences.
