Job Description
Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Communications Assistant to support our client service and internal communication efforts. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication between departments and with our clients, contributing to the efficiency and professionalism of our services.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing internal and external communications related to client services
Prepare service updates, reports, and client communication materials
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Support the coordination of service projects and scheduling
Maintain accurate records of client communications and service issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards
Help develop and implement communication processes for service improvements
Assist with administrative tasks related to service operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or client services role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
