Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in various software systems.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure office operations run smoothly, including handling emails, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Support marketing efforts by preparing and distributing promotional materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
• Compliance with necessary personal protective equipment as needed.

Pay

• Pay range: $17 - $20/hour, based on relevant experience
