Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries related to our software solutions in Dutch.
• Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about software features, functionality, and updates.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and issues.
• Work closely with the software development team to relay feedback and improve product offerings.
• Stay updated on software advancements and company offerings to ensure knowledgeable support.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service and overall user experience.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, especially in a technology or software environment, is preferred.
