Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our Houston team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales to contribute to the company’s continued success.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
Understand client needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Must be authorized to work in the United States
