Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects by supporting the project manager and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Act as the point of contact for project team members and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Assist in the allocation of resources and manage project budgets effectively.
• Organize and attend meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Maintain comprehensive project records for reference and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
