As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Captura Hall, you will play a pivotal role in both driving sales and coordinating marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Your ability to manage marketing campaigns, generate leads, and support the sales team will be crucial to achieving business growth. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (print, digital, and events)
  • Develop and maintain sales materials, including presentations and product documentation
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Assist in the development and execution of lead generation strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Organize and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and trade shows
  • Manage and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team regarding sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
