Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized reception area
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation
  • Provide support to various departments as needed

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus
