Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a highly organized and articulate Communications Agent to manage internal and external communications, support public relations activities, and assist in shaping the company's messaging. This position requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and distribute internal memos, client correspondence, and official communications

• Support the development and execution of communication strategies

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure messaging is aligned with company goals

• Maintain records of communication activities and feedback

• Assist in the preparation of press releases, presentations, and reports

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders as needed

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience working in a professional office environment is preferred
