About the job :

The Video Content Creator is an integral part of the creative team and reports directly to the Creative Director. It is a key role, where the goal is to create engaging, new-age, everyday content with the use of today’s editing tools for the social media platforms, specializing in TikTok. The overall goal is to help our clients grow through mesmerizing marketing implementations. 

To join ADVENGERS as a Video Content Creator, you need the following skillsets, to…  

Main Responsibilities  

• Creation of concepts according to client’s needs
• Produce original, high-quality content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
•  Capture and edit videos to create visually appealing social media clips that drive engagement
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and effects to enhance the final video content for social media
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative video ideas that align with brand goals
• Create presentations for new projects
• Seek trends and understand the industry landscape
• Work with a versatile time frame based on client’s needs and open projects.  

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Up to 2 years of solid experience gained within a top Digital Marketing Agency  

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree in relevant field will be considered a plus) 

• Proven experience in video production and editing

• Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools) 

• Strong creative video editing skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting. 

• Excellent copywriting skills in Greek and English  

• Excellent communication skills  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  

• Very good organizational skills  

• A natural curiosity for new trends, innovation and ΑΙ 

Bonus Skills: 

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and what performs well on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies

• Experience in graphic design and motion graphics
