Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of advertising campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with account managers, creative teams, and media buyers to ensure smooth campaign delivery and optimal performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about marketing and advertising operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track advertising campaigns across various platforms and formats

  • Assist in the development of creative briefs and project timelines

  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary campaign assets

  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and deadlines for all active campaigns

  • Maintain organized records of campaign materials, approvals, and media placements

  • Support the advertising team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a coordination or support role within an advertising or marketing environment preferred

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
