Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours Travel Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange travel services including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and provide consultative support
• Maintain reservations and monitor assigned queues for accuracy and completion

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism preferred
• At least 2 years of travel counselor experience or equivalent travel industry experience
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong knowledge of geography and travel documentation requirements
