Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will ensure successful service for patients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services, answering calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Process orders, verify insurance eligibility, and communicate with patients regarding documentation and referrals
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
  • Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one (1) year of exact job experience
  • Experience with Medicare certified tasks preferred
