Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Manager for Advertising Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard up to 10 advertisers per month, addressing issues related to due dates and deliverables
• Ensure all sponsor requirements are received, approved, and delivered on time
• Maintain an average advertiser satisfaction rating of over 9/10 or 4.5/5 by proactively managing relationships and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client management
• Background in digital marketing or the fertility industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably Asana
• Must be located in the United States or Canada and authorized to work in the United States
