HR Business Partner

We are seeking an Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in the expanding Telecommunications, Information Technology and Services sector. As an HR Business Partner, you should be able to manage people's activities with team leaders and employees, working closely with them, to align HR strategies with business goals. Your contribution and insights will help shape our HR strategy and company culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall organizational effectiveness. You will be requested to understand the requirements of our project and delivery teams and translate those needs into actionable HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive and collaborative mindset to foster a positive work environment where development and growth can thrive. You will also be involved actively in all HR pillars, as part of our HR strategy, focusing mainly on people's engagement, ensuring that smooth collaboration, satisfaction and motivation remain high. Your ability will be crucial in implementing best practices in HR policies and procedures, promoting diversity and inclusion, innovation, and enhancing employee relations.

Job

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and their teams, providing help and guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Develop and contribute to HR strategies that align with business goals, along with the HR colleagues.
  • Help HR team to grow sustainably by taking part actively in cross functional people management projects and operations.
  • Ensure that the Talent acquisition, Hiring and Onboarding process runs efficiently and smoothly, to engage people more.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and programs, based on HR strategy.
  • Shape and implement people's engagement processes to ensure we keep performance and motivation up.
  • Conduct performance and talent management discussions-reviews and provide coaching to managers, where needed.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts efficiently, providing viable options and solutions.

Candidate

  • Relevant to HR studies’ degrees, ideally in a master's level and/or with a professional certification.
  • Approximately 4-6 years of total HR experience, acting mainly within HR Operations and Business.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and partnering with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, practices, systems-tools and processes.
  • People management career orientation and aspiration, following and acknowledging innovative approaches.
  • Authentic interest and passion for people management, development and engagement.
  • “Hands on”, practical approach and “willing to help” - collaborative spirit.
  • Open and growth mindset to remain flexible and keen on learning.
