Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team at ADAPTIT. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, following all support and maintenance contracts with clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with internal teams to align client needs with our service offerings and deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

  • Support the Company's commercial objectives per product group, customer and geographical area, and ensures the achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
  • Manage and support the existing maintenance contracts with clients.
  • Supervise the course of sales/targets and take corrective actions in order to achieve them.
  • Ensure the maintenance and expansion of partnerships (customers/suppliers) both in the Greek Market and abroad
  • Monitor and evaluate market and competition trends and data.
  • Be responsible for presentations, sales results reports and recommendations
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions etc.
  • Be responsible for submitting offers/proposals to customers Registers quotes in CRM /ERP.
  • Participate in the project team for participation in Competitions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
