A company is looking for an Associate, Campaign Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and launch retention marketing campaigns across various channels using Braze
• Develop scalable workflows and best practices to ensure high-quality campaign launches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
• 2-3 years of experience with email service providers, specifically Braze
• Hands-on experience with Braze is required
• Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
