At Ease Healthcare is an investment group specializing in healthcare investments, focusing on business transactions and M&A. We specialize in the home healthcare, skilled nursing, and hospice niche. We involve ourselves in a wide range of dynamic, fast-paced transactions ranging from $50K to $25MM in revenue size. Our current teams include a Board of Directors, Advisory Board, virtual back office, and sales team—with a staff, in transition, of over 25 employees. The holding company is operated by the board, which has over 250 years of cumulative experience with over $20 billion in completed transactions—experience as Directors of Top 100 largest healthcare companies in the USA and current executives of publicly traded companies.
We are now expanding to form a conglomerate investment group and a sales team to drive revenue growth and support aggressive market expansion. You will be on-boarded onto the sales team. If you’re passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and being a collaborator within a high-performing business ecosystem, this role is for you.
Position Information:
As an Influencer, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement by promoting our offerings to your established and engaged audience. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to create authentic content that resonates with your community while aligning with our brand goals. This role requires professionalism, creativity, and most importantly an existing audience ready to be engaged with to realize measurable results.
Requirement:
– Candidates must possess a robust and relevant following with a proven track record of high engagement rates (likes, comments, shares, etc.). Your audience should align with our target demographics, and you must demonstrate the ability to authentically promote products or services. Responsibilities:
– Curate and share engaging content (e.g., posts, stories, videos, reels) that promotes our products, services, or events to your audience.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
– Drive measurable outcomes, such as website traffic, event attendance, or product sales, through your promotional efforts.
– Maintain integrity, authenticity and transparency when promoting our offerings, ensuring alignment with your personal brand and values.
– Monitor and report on the performance of your campaigns, providing insights into audience engagement and conversion metrics.
– Engage with your community to foster discussions around our products or services, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
– Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to continually improve the effectiveness of your promotions.
– Attend virtual or in-person meetings with our team to discuss campaign strategies, goals, and results.
Job Type:
– Contract, Full-time
Compensation/Salary:
– 30 – 90 day commission based onboarding project to earn option of a salary
