Job Overview
The Paid Social Media Buyer will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our paid social campaigns across key platforms. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continual improvements to maximize ROI. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our paid media initiatives are strategically aligned with Company's goals, focusing on enhancing the digital consumer product experience and driving engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Develop, execute, and refine paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience engagement strategies.
- Optimize core campaign metrics including reach, frequency, Cost per Mille (CPM), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and ROI to improve performance continuously.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Platform Proficiency:
- Leverage platform-specific tools and analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring all campaigns are aligned with best practices.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in paid social media to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest platform capabilities.
Real-Time Data-Driven Optimization:
- Conduct A/B tests and adjust campaigns in real-time based on performance insights, ensuring the highest possible return on investment.
- Use real-time data to fine-tune targeting, creatives, and budgets to drive continued performance improvement throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Deliver regular and detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the growth and media teams to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Provide actionable insights based on campaign performance data to guide future media strategies and investment decisions.
Consumer Product Experience Focus:
- Ensure that paid media strategies are aligned with overall consumer product experience goals.
- Drive campaigns that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty through targeted, relevant, and compelling media initiatives.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of platform-specific tools, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns in real-time for maximum ROI.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Experience in consumer product industries, particularly within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands, is a plus.
- A detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with a passion for creating engaging and high-performing campaigns.
