Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP Supervisor to manage accounts payable operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounts payable performance, including vendor management and payment processing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to address communications and queries effectively
• Prepare monthly reports and assist in the accounts payable close process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with integrated ERP software, preferably People Soft and Workday
• Good knowledge of accounts payable concepts and procedures
• Experience in a BPO/Shared Service Environment
