Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate who performs a wide range of Accounts Payable and some Accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes multiple data file formats from suppliers to create dispute exposure analytics
• Collaborates with suppliers and management to resolve statement disputes
• Develops and prepares various reports for reconciliation and ledger impact analysis

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred; two or more years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in MS Excel
• Experience in Accounts Payable or related fields
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a high-volume environment
