Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reinsurance accounting activities, including transaction recording and ledger maintenance
• Interpret and operationalize complex reinsurance contracts according to accounting standards
• Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in reinsurance accounting within the insurance industry
• Established technical knowledge of reinsurance arrangements and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with reinsurance tools is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
