Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Accounting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial statement preparation
• Oversee reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Lead a team of accountants, focusing on workflow improvement and staff development

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• 5-10 years of managerial experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP and healthcare accounting practices
• Ability to build relationships and focus on client service
