Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative marketing assessments and solutions.

• Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring high levels of customer service
• Monitor and report on client campaign effectiveness while collaborating with various departments for timely execution of deliverables
• Proactively identify clients' goals and implement marketing strategies to enhance client retention and revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a consultative, account management, or client retention role required
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Digital Advertising industry
• Experience in marketing, agency, and/or media sales preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
