Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior executive interface for strategic clients, fostering long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Build and lead scalable internal processes for client health monitoring, success metrics, and delivery operations
• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous development

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of executive client management and operational excellence at scale
• Deep understanding of customer value delivery in complex client ecosystems
• Strong experience in building internal infrastructure and reporting frameworks
• Experience with global market expansion, particularly in the United States
• Exceptional leadership skills, comfortable engaging at the Board level
