Key Responsibilities

• Document and track client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in insurance, benefits administration, or client services
• Previous exposure to insurance, employee benefits, or B2B account management preferred
• Basic understanding of group insurance products and administrative concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce preferred
