A company is looking for an Account Executive - Outplacement / Talent Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage current client relationships, focusing on cross-selling and upselling services
• Generate new business opportunities in leadership development and outplacement
• Serve as a subject matter expert, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in outplacement and/or leadership solutions
• Experience selling to Human Resources departments
• Proven track record in prospecting and business development
• Strong understanding of career management, coaching, and leadership development
• Comfortable working with C-level executives and managing individual revenue goals
