Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in operational tools and software applications related to the 340B program
• Communicate opportunities and risks for 340B program qualifications to leadership and conduct mock audits
• Lead a high-performance team, manage human resources responsibilities, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree desired
• 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential preferred, to be obtained within 12 months if not already held
• 3 years of overall pharmacy experience required; 3 years focused on the 340B program preferred
• 3+ years of program management experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to develop team members required
