1 Resource Group is seeking an Office Assistant to join our clients team in Beaumont, TX. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, helping to ensure that the office runs efficiently and smoothly. This position involves various tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and assisting team members with their administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Collections of past due invoices.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
- Help with customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working in quickbooks is a plus
- Collections of client payments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
