Senior Technical Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our IT Strategy & Planning team. You will be based hybrid in San Jose, California and will go into the office 3 days per week. Reporting to the Manager of Program Management, you’ll be responsible of:

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to Infrastructure and Operations; manage portfolio and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives and goals
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams; track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
• Create project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong focus on infrastructure, operations and security, understanding of infrastructure technologies, zero trust architecture, cloud platforms, networking and security
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and key executives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Jira
