We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist. This is a hybrid role or remote on Pacific hours. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Process semi-monthly US and Canadian payroll.
  • Report US and Canada equity transactions in payroll.
  • Perform variable pay, stock, or other supplemental or non-recurring pay runs, ensuring tax deposits.
  • Ensure reporting and payment of the employer's and employees' withholding taxes and withholdings.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience processing payroll for publicly traded companies.
  • Experience processing full cycle payroll with ADP Workforce Now and/or Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Solid knowledge of applicable global wage and hour laws
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$91,000$130,000 USD
