We're looking for an experienced Partner Enablement Programs Manager to join our GTM Enablement team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, you will develop and execute internal and external partner enablement content and programs that align with Zscaler's internal sales enablement strategy, to empower Zscaler partner sellers, partners to effectively sell, position, and build pipeline for Zscaler solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build a partner enablement strategy and execution plan that aligns to go-to-market strategies and business priorities to enable partner sales roles.
  • Develop and deliver impactful RTM specific partner training programs, aligned to partner business strategy and partner training needs, that enable partners on Zscaler's products, services, and sales strategies
  • Drive enablement to internal Partner Business Managers, Global Alliance Managers and Global Account Directors to ensure they have the skills needed to drive partner growth. Deliver in-person trainings for internal partner, field sales personnel and partners
  • Develop relevant onboarding materials and training content that highlight the value of partnerships and how to effectively use them. Develop partner-facing resources: playbooks, use case guides, conversation guides, etc. to support Zscaler sales strategies and alignment with Partner Marketing campaigns.
  • Establish clear goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of partner enablement programs

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, SaaS Sales Enablement, Sales, or Business Development
  • BS or BA College degree or equivalent
  • Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Prefer individuals experienced with different channel partners, distributors, integrators, Global System Integrators and Service Providers

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$122,500$175,000 USD
