Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
We're looking for an experienced Deal Manager to join our Deal Desk team in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and advising the sales team on deal strategy and structuring and alternative commercial solutions in a SaaS environment to win deals
- Providing guidance for SFDC CPQ(Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote) quote and contract processes, driving pricing structure/ strategy.
- Overseeing the daily deal/ pricing approvals for the applicable region, ensuring compliance to business rules and policies and escalate exceptions.
- Building partnership and collaborate with stakeholder functions
- Identifying process and policy gaps and recommend improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and increase deal velocity.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in deal management and pricing in a high-tech software/ SaaS industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Japanese Language to communicate with clients from Japan

- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge with Salesforce.com, CPQ tools, Clari, Tableau
