About this role

As an Operations & CX Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the daily operations of our Home & Office Cleaning division.

This role requires verbal and written communication with both service providers and customers to ensure smooth coordination and excellent customer support!

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will oversee scheduling, organise resources, refine processes, and support our service providers to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional experiences.

What you'll be doing:

  • Communicate with customers and service providers via phone and email to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality support throughout the service journey.
  • Monitor, review, and analyze internal processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee key operational workflows that impact service delivery.
  • Provide daily support to cleaners, monitoring schedules, identifying potential delays, and staying attuned to their needs and best practices.
  • Ensure consistently high service standards across all activities.
  • Track payments from customers and service providers to maintain transparency and accountability.

  • 2+ years of work experience in customer experience, operations, or sales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating communication platforms and digital tools
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • A natural problem-solver with strong planning skills
  • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Fluent in English and Greek, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work a 6-day week, totaling 40 hours, Monday to Saturday
