Position Summary
We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to act as a critical bridge between our technology and our enterprise healthcare customers. This hybrid role spans engineering, product, and customer success. You will work directly with some of our largest clients, embedding within their teams to deploy AI voice agents, build integrations, and ensure smooth, impactful adoption of our platform. One week you’ll be hands-on with AI workflows and backend systems; the next, you’ll drive insights that shape our product roadmap or lead technical workshops to unblock customer success. Key Responsibilities
● Customer-Facing Engineering:
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver seamless AI deployments for enterprise healthcare clients. Build custom integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure rapid time-to-value.
● AI Workflow Optimization:
Design and implement real-world and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI voice agents, identify blind spots, and improve reliability across healthcare workflows.
● Product Influence:
Act as the voice of the customer—gather hands-on insights and collaborate with the Product Core Team to prioritize features and refine the roadmap.
● Technical Enablement:
Lead client workshops, craft demos, improve technical documentation, and serve as● the go-to technical expert to accelerate adoption and success.
● Prompt Engineering & LLM Exploration:
Continuously experiment with LLMs, voice AI, and prompt engineering to enhance agent performance, accuracy, and contextual understanding.
