Position Summary:

We are seeking an individual with an analytical mindset who can quickly understand our complex processes associated with our operations. This role will help our Transactions Desk by supporting the creation, execution, administration, and analysis of almost every environmental commodity transaction we perform. You'll be challenged by the volume of work we need to accomplish in a growing company & quickly expanding market. • Support the transaction team on all trade related tasks: inventory levels, trade confirmations, transaction booking, settlement, invoicing, and payment. 
• Compile & prepare weekly status reports regarding transactions and payments. 
• Support accounting efforts in processing and reconciling transactions and payments. 
• Determine areas of inefficiency and identify improvements across Operations activities. 
• Coordinate and work with Applications, Client Services, Sales, and Web Development teams to help implement solutions and enhancements. 
• Effectively communicate issues and create solutions with co-workers to advance our overall service and business. 
• Find ways to work more efficiently as a team in a small, fast-paced, and high performing environment. 

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.  
• Or in lieu of a degree, min. 4 years of relevant experience. 
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.  
• Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanour and a welcome presence with clients. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Base Salary

Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation in the following regions is expected to be as follows:

Boston, MA: Compensation is expected to be between

$70,000-$73,000
