Role Title : SAP Data Analyst
Reporting to: Data Architect and Governance Manager
Location: Ortigas Center, Metro Manila, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary Range: PHP120,000 – PHP140,000/month 
Annual Salary Type: 13 months

XP Power is seeking a Data Analyst to manage the company's data, as part of the Global Business Systems Team. The primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the company’s Global SAP S4/HANA ERP System, as well as supporting the in-house MDM process. The role also involves participating in key data activities across major systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while considering the impact of data changes. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing strategic data governance solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals, and supporting data migration projects. The SAP Data Analyst will assess the impact of changes, provide technical expertise, and work with business teams to understand their data needs, acting as a liaison to support the technical team in deploying SAP data to the data warehouse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Possess strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA to provide business support focused on data, while also supporting the in-house Master Data Management (MDM) process, including changes and bug fixes. 
• Collect and analyse data from multiple sources to uncover patterns, trends, and insights, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports. 
• Create and maintain accurate and timely reports, developing and implementing dashboards and other reporting tools to enhance data visualization. 
• Analyse data accuracy within the SQL data warehouse to ensure alignment with source systems and troubleshoot data reporting issues in collaboration with support teams to resolve technical problems. 
• Contribute to the development of data governance strategies that encompass MDM, data ownership, stewardship, and documentation (policies), while managing relevant committees. 
• Conduct reporting and analysis on data governance to monitor compliance and identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to establish and implement governance standards and policies. 
• Develop and maintain data models, and document processes, procedures, and workflows related to data reporting. 
• Provide training and support to end-users on effectively accessing and utilizing reports. 

• 2 to 3 years minimum demonstrable experience and knowledge in one or more of the SAP MM, PP, EWM & SD modules. 
• Some experience in SAP ERP data migration. 
• Familiarity of data warehousing concepts ETL (Extract, transform, load) and techniques. 
• Good understanding of SAP database tables and structures to perform data analysis and reporting. 
• Understanding of data governance and processes 
• Hands on experience with an MDM tool. 
• Ability to work with multifunctional teams and engage with people in other countries. 
• Highly self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently. 
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori is a plus. 
• Have working knowledge in Power BI.

• Based in The Philippines 
• Home-based initially until facility established in Metro Manilla (expected Ortigas, Metro Manila area)
