Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of customized learning journeys aligned with client transformation goals
• Collaborate with alliance partners to embed external learning solutions into client programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning Sciences, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in talent, learning, or workforce transformation
• Experience in a consulting or advisory role
• Experience with learning platforms and digital learning tools
• Familiarity with HR tech ecosystems and talent lifecycle processes
