Cash and Markets Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Cash and Markets Consultant - International Humanitarian Response Roster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop context-specific cash and economic recovery strategies
• Lead the design and implementation of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) programs, ensuring gender-responsive approaches
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective CVA responses and capacity building

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or relevant undergraduate degree in development management, humanitarian management, or economics
• 5-7 years of humanitarian aid experience, with at least 4 years focused on CVA in humanitarian responses
• Expertise in market assessments and evidence-based program models in humanitarian settings
• Demonstrated competence in gender analysis and gender-responsive programming
• Experience in managing programs in emergency environments and familiarity with humanitarian principles
