Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Manager Client-side Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand current setup and assist in translating labor categories to WFM Business Structure
• Support testing and validation processes, ensuring proper functionality and access before go-live
• Provide customized training for employees, managers, and practitioners based on the organization's WFM setup

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Manager
• Ability to design business structures based on labor rules and pay policies
• Experience in conducting training sessions
• Familiarity with testing processes and validation in a client environment
• Availability for a part-time, project-based consulting opportunity of 100 hours
